Horrible Customer Service!

I ordered memory a an older laptop after calling and speaking with an agent, who assured me the memory would work. I did receive quickly but it did not work. I rec received a AMR(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. I returned the item the next day with a tracking number through USPS. Now 3 weeks later they are claiming they never received the returned item. And sorry, no refund until they do. I have proof from USPS that they did receive it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...UNLESS YOU 1000% SURE THE ITEM YOU ARE ORDERING WILL WORK FOR YOU! I HAVE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND THEY STILL DENY THEY RECEIVED! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING SCREWED! |
