I bought 2 faucets from eFaucet.com. One was fine the other was missing parts. I returned the faucet 3 months ago and am still waiting for my refund ($550.00). This is after approximately 10 different contacts with the company. They have good prices, but after this huge headache it is really not worth it. Buy your faucet at a local store that you can physically return it to. Or check out reviews of other online stores. (I wish I would have checked out eFaucet reviews before buying because in general they are not good.) If you need a refund, you will spend hours online or on the phone (if they bother to answer), and you may never get your money back.

eFaucets Scams and the Reality of orderiing thru them!

I placed an order with efaucets because the agent told me that the product from Kohler had been discontinued and that if needed it to order ASAP. I fell for this line and placed the order, and followed with an inquiry to Kohler. Kohler advised that the information I received was incorrect. I called back to eFaucets within the hour to cancel my order. The agent was very rude and quickly pointed me to the eFaucets web site to "view all policies". In essence, I was advised that 5 minutes after an is placed with them, they cannot cancel without charging restocking fees.Although I am currently waiting for my order delivery, the reality is that I WILL NEVER order thru this company again. Foolish to fall for efaucets.com line! |

I have been shopping with this company for many years and have not experienced any mishaps or shipping delays.I believe that most of the negative reviews online for efaucets.com is due to the online shopper who is not knowledgable with purchasing online.
